The KLL Memorial Scholarship Foundation has the unique focus of “Helping the Kids Cancer Left Behind.” Our mission is to make post-secondary education scholarships available to area students who have lost a parent to cancer. Since the inception of the Foundation in 2008, we have committed over $130,000 dollars to help students pursue their college dreams. Our fundraising is primarily realized through the proceeds from the Annual Triumph Over Tragedy 5K.

We pride ourselves on the ability to run the Foundation with extremely low overhead costs so the race entry fees go directly toward the scholarships for students. The Foundation relies on the support of individuals and area businesses to help fund the programs and we greatly appreciate your support.
